'The Slipstream to the Miraculous' is out officially on Monday

The SlipStream to the Miraculous, my new book, is out officially on Monday. The Power of Daily Prayer  To Unravel Dynamic Universal Truths. 

A seven year project is finally completed. I wanted to share what keeps me alive from deep within me, and is not the result of outside fixes, although they have helped too!! 

People often ask me if I am religious and I always say “No, but I do chatter all of the time to a Universal presence and what I absolutely know is love beyond anything else”.

I spend most of my days in dialogue with a greater being than I can even begin to understand. I just always knew that there was so much more to life. I was always chatting away to the God of my understanding, who to me was so deeply loving. In fact it was such a shock when I discovered at about this child's age that people who represented God on the whole didn't seem to know this loving presence at all! 

What does a life of prayer or meditation even mean to you? A time of gentle reflection is so restorative for our well being - which is why I have shared a year of my reflections and prayers in this book. I have grown up studying metaphysics and am passionate about how alive spiritual truths can become, more so when  translated.

Time to myself where I get to shut out the outside world and its influences restores me deeply and regularly making such a profound difference to my days. Do you make it a habit it to have some sacred ritual where you are away from everyone and have time to cultivate your own faith or relationship with what I also call the Divine.
