Spring is Here - Are You Feeling Frustrated and Excited!?

The energy in the Spring Winds, even the temperamental rains, the sun coming through and disappearing is all a promise of what is coming through the earth.

Inside us we have stirring going on - our bodies are literally preparing for new growth - so many people are feeling actually irritable, confused by feeling tired, even underlying anger is trying to surface. Is this you? 

If so, that is the wonderful sign of you waking up from the long Winter. You will be deciding through the slight or huge even, crossness or general sense of being "frustrated " that some changes need to be made. Trust those changes.

Don't settle........allow yourself to want things, your life to be different and better.

My new book, for instance, has been coming through the quite painful birthing process. It has felt as if it came through me, from deep within my own being and the earth. It has taken about 7 years to complete so it's been a long birth! I have been often feeling frustrated for no apparent reason at this last stage.  Yet I know that through this energy the next book is "blooming" soon! .
